  After the 3-year warranty period, we offer a Continued Maintenance Program for interior and exterior paint jobs, siding installation, and landscaping services. We will continue to inspect your home annually and provide touch-ups as needed at a discounted rate. This ongoing maintenance helps to extend the life of your paint job, siding, and landscaping, keeping your home looking its best. 

  A.M.S Property Solutions will inspect your home once a year during the 3-year warranty period. After the warranty ends, inspections will continue annually as part of the Continued Maintenance Program, covering both interior and exterior surfaces, siding installation, and landscaping services. 

 No, touch-ups during the 3-year warranty period are provided at no cost to you. This includes both interior and exterior paint jobs. We cover all expenses related to these inspections and touch-ups to ensure your paint job stays in top condition. 

 For interior painting projects, we prefer that you move furniture and other items out of the area to be painted. Our team will cover any remaining items and flooring with drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect them from paint splatters. 

 Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your painting, siding installation, and landscaping project. The deposit amount will be outlined in your project estimate and contract. This deposit helps cover initial materials and scheduling 

 Yes, we offer commercial services in addition to residential projects. Whether you need painting for offices, retail spaces, or other commercial properties, our team can handle projects of various sizes and complexities.
